In coming June, Yamaha will uncover its 2 new models in the premium segment to regain the position in business and image in Indian market.

They are planning to roll out 2 motorbikes in the class 150cc, faster than Bajaj Auto, and higher price than Bajaj Pulsar-150 or HH- CBZ.

These new motorcycle models will have the approximate price Rs 1 lakh. These are the most expensive motorbikes in India, compare to Bajaj Pulsar 220, Bullets cruisers, and Hero Honda Karizma.

Due to advanced technology and features added such as six-speed gearbox and delta frame, the price increased.

Company source said:

We are upbeat about the launch of the R15 and FZ 150, which will happen later this year. Price-wise it will come at a premium to any of the Bajaj or Hero Honda models….at close of Rs 1 lakh. We are confident that the two (models) will be a huge hit among youngsters.
