Yamaha Fazer Vs TVS Apache RTR 180

The RTR is light weighted piece of ammunition that works on tarmac and rough terrain. Take the Fazer out in rough terrain soon you will be boycotted by the muddy conditions out there. The RTR is mean and does not want any competitor in its field of operation. It is a raging bull which offers life only if you keep away. On the other hand the Fazer is subtle and ready for action only if you wish to have some refreshing thoughts. The Fazer is in the touring section which is very comfortable to ride.

We are talking about burning some rubber and having a sound of perfect shifts. The RTR acts like a rocket booster when it is charged and loaded in the pipe. Red line gear change will throttle the bike to extreme speeds. Three digit mark is achieved in less time. The RTR 180 reaches a top whack of 125kmph with ease. On the other hand the Fazer reaches a top whack of 115kmph. If you red line the RTR there are chances of you reaching at 130kmph. Red line gear change will engage the bike to deliver more power
Balancing act
The RTR is too small when it comes to size and stability. You are totally cramped up inside the two seated bike. On the other hand the Fazer is perfect when it comes to long distance traveling. You will have all the enjoyment of a two wheeler in the Fazer. The design of the bike is simply superb and offers comforts. Cornering both the bikes is possible since they have wide rear tires.
Time to go to the ATM
Well if you are a freak and need power which can burn rubber on spot the ideal option is the RTR 180. If speed is not on your list the Fazer is the alternative. If you have a good height then using the Fazer will be comfortable.

Present technology is not for any comparisan, every technologies has it own perfection and beauty,then why we need to compare.
Before comparing things with anything - just think that to whom with you will be compare?
Well, I always like power bikes,I was proud owner of my first Pulsar 180 , 2002 Model till 2008, it was really a great bike, I managed to reach 130km/ph on Bangalore mysore Rd out 140 Odometer, after this bike I want to buy higher capacity bikes’ Checked all existing models like P2200, 220, R15,FZ,Karizma, Hunk, TVS Apache, but had selected P200,but at last I sighted Suzuki GS150R, Wow It was looking real beast to attrack, I liked its look, specs, extra features etc and booked,I found very good performer,have reach max speed of 117 with two heavy weight one 80 kg and me 70kg.

the huge diffrnce is Fazer from Yamaha & the other is TVS……..so nothng to say… & compny says the top speed is 135 but m reach 128kmh..fazer is more & more stylish then apache..but the sound of apache is good then fazer…fazer beats all 180 bikes even it palsur or apache…excpt R15

hi dear,
i purchased rtr 180 in black color it rokzz dear but after 1 month my bike stolen
than needed to purchase a bike again i have so many option like fz, fazer, hunk, p220
but now i again buy a gray color rtr 180 bcoz it is a sexy bike in look and panther in ride really guys its wroommm
speed is toooooooo high you want to control its speed but it carry u fastet

Both are great bikes , the comparision is very difficult , as perr design the fazer beats apache and as per speed vice-versa .
fazer is best as it is value for money.

FAZER is the best bike in stylish & the performance is not like rtr but it gives top speed as 131………………
The front head light is most stylish one……..no one bike can beat its stylish….and the main advantage is that we can easily modify like YAMAHA R15

Hi friends…if u want a stylish and comfortable bike,thn go for fazer…its monocross will defenitely impress u…its very useful for comfort and long drive….if u want only power,,thn go for apache…..finally tvs cant able to beat yamaha…yamaha rokzzzzzzzz…

I bought Fazer blue color it’s very sexy…The huge differnce is Fazer from Yamaha & the other is TVS……..so nothng to say… & compny says the top speed is 135 but m reach 128kmh..fazer is more & more stylish then apache..but the sound of apache is good then fazer…fazer beats all 180 bikes even it pulsur or apache…I LOVE FAZER VERY MUCH…….FAZER always Rokzzzzzzzz……….

hey guys,
I too am in dilemma between fazer and apache rtr 160 ..
1. From reviews i just got a feel apache may not be suitable for long distance travels due to its ride position… i hit 40 Kms a day ..i dont want to end up with bad back in the evening … am i right ?
2. Im not in the tall league … im 5.6 .. is that tall enough for fazer ?

fazer beats no shit at all, guyz r bloody complaining of everything, the power is very low, the headlights dont turn on @ the same time and even the lack of pickup< for apache rtr 180, its faster than fazer but les stylish and the vibration problem is there and thats all, no other problems, so apche rtr 180 winz

and guyz the fazer is more expensive than the fastest indian< so imagine the price , and apache 180 is cheaper than the fastest indian( pulsar 220)

hello all boys. i buy new yamaha fazer (white colour). it is a beautiful. i like very much.i ride apache rtr 180. it is a great bike. but is not comportable. many person says that the apache beat the fazer in race. so i modify fazer with daytona kit (yamaha original acc). fazer gives me top speed 142km/hr. i also beat apache rtr180 with my fazer. yamaha is a top class brand. it is for only rich people.

Hi friendz…i owned mid night black yamaha fazer…am very proud to be a owner of tht horsy rocket…who says tht apache beat fazer?????…racing is my hobby…i beat all 160 & 180cc apache (including pulsar 200) by my lovely yamaha fazer without any modification in it…. Thts yamaha stands a world class racers…no one can beat yamaha……yamaha rokzzzzzzz…(hereafter don’t compare the yamaha standard with local standards like tvs,etc)

I am in a dilemma among these two! and after reading this post and receiving suggestions from a lot of friends… i have come to some conclusions :
coz 12 of my friends say Apache and i also like it. I will buy somewhere around september 2011 so plz advice at facebook.com/alpha.chiller help!!
Apache is for racers and road rage beasts.
Fazer for the above two categories and comfort.
still thinking to purchase Apache…

to all dos d**kheads who r just barking bout apache’s top speed, hw many times do u cross even 110 in everyday life. In d end, its d cmfort dat matters. Fazer has got d looks (beastly luks, apache looks like a mouse in frnt of it), excellent suspension, widest radial tyres ( sticks u 2 the road and great stability), n 125 tak to ye bhi jaati hai, aur kitna udaoge.
