We will not be able to fulfill our quality and safety demands if we go below a certain price. Quality is a given at Volkswagen. Hence, we are taking our time to ensure that it is adhered, too. We also believe that customers will look at the total cost of ownership when buying our cars. Our cars have low maintenance, good mileage and yet does not compromise on the driving experience. Besides, they have a very good resale value.

Increase in VW sales clearly indicates its growth in India. The luxury car makers are doing great in terms of sales and the demand for luxury cars in India is growing in a very big way. . It is nice to know that the foreign car makers believe in Indian auto industry and are launching more cars in India. I read that VW will be introducing small cars to India. But can any one tell if it will be completely imported or assembled here locally.
