Volkswagen Passat with a New CRDi Engine

Volkswagen, the German Car Manufacturer, is planning to replace engine in its Passsat. Presently, the Passat includes PD engine which is being replaced with the CRDi engine.
VW plans to step by step move to the CRDi engines for models in India. The upcoming models will not having any other changes except for an engine. The new CRDi engine delivers more improved performance.
VW is also planning to introduce Passat CC in the country. The Passat will be priced at around Rs 35 lacs.
