Vento To Be Dearer From 1st January, 2011

Posted on December 20th 2010

Welcome back!

Volkswagen
At times, there are things that are unavoidable and they have to be passed on to the target audience. Yes, one among them is the price factor that major automobile companies have to increase from time to time.

Following the same tradition, Volkswagen has decided to hike the prices of its Vento across India by a margin of 2.9% with effect from the New Year day, i.e., 1st January, 2011. The auto major has found out the increase in the input and manufacturing prices as the culprits that have forced them to pass on the burden to their esteemed customers.

We have been faced with constant rise in input cost over the past several months and have tried our best to absorb it. However, in order to continue to maintain our quality standards that our customers expect from us we have had to increase the price by a small percentage.

Mr. Neeraj Garg, Member of Board of Director, Passenger Car Section was quipped as saying.

According to the company sources, customers who have booked Vento or would do by 31st December, 2010 are exempted from the price hike.

So, what are you waiting for? If buying a Vento is on the cards for you; no prize for guessing what you need to do as of now.
