TVS to Launch Wego and Jive Soon!

TVS Motors plans to launch gearless scooter - Wego and a clutchless motorcycle - Jive in India soon. TVS Wego is the new gearless 110cc scooter particularly made for men to compete with the Honda’s Activa and Aviator. At present, TVS only has the Scooty for girls/women which is tremendously successful model in the country.
The Wego for men will be available with fully metal body and priced @ approx. INR 45K.
TVS Jive will be the new clutchless bike from TVS Motors with 110cc engine. It will carry a lean muscular appearance like FZ-16. However, the company has not disclosed the pricing & launch date details yet. TVS Motors has better experience in making automatic clutch bikes as they are selling their Neo in Indonesia and it is doing well there.
TVS Motors is one of the topper two-wheeler makers in India. It leads strongly in the gearless scooters for girls/women. Its 2 new scooters are intentional launches to take over the male bike segment going for gearless scooters. This male segment is undoubtedly leaded by Honda with its popular models Activa & Aviator.

Great logic by TVS ,I hope they make metal body with auto geared, and manual geared version for males instead low mileage vehicle like variator driven Activa, and suzuki scooters which inspite of only feeble 100cc give only 36-42kmpl in city with carefull driving and that too upto 30000kms of life.
