TVS Sales Up by 34% in December 2009 !

TVS Motor Co., the two-wheeler maker has sold 1.19 lacs two-wheelers in the month of Dec. 2009, posting 34% growth in its sales in same month compared to sales of 89,285 units in the same month last year.
Cumulative growth of the company increased 10% given to its sales of 11.09 lacs two-wheelers upto Dec. 2009. It sold 1.02 lacs units in domestic market against 72,355 units in same period last year that recorded its domestic sales up by 42% in Dec.2009.
TVS Motor has reported 24% growth in its sales by selling 49,560 motorcycles as compared to 40,057 units sold in Dec. 2008. similarly its scooter sales up by 45% at 21,566 units in Dec.2009.
