They come in the 150cc segment which is meant for economy with a hint of speed. This is not the case with these two bikes. They are fast and have the best gear box in the 150cc segment. Unlike the cranky gear box from Bajaj these beauties have one of the best simplified gear box. The GS150R reaches a top whack of 120kmph. The same performance is given by Apache too. The GS150R has an additional gear which throttles the bike to 115kmph with ease. The Apache might not be having the 6th gear but its ultra light weight to the GS150R.
Balancing act
Both the bikes are developed with an advanced suspension system which ensures you have comfortable ride. For those who have a good height they can use the Apache which is ideal. The ones who are more than 6 feet tall and have a liking to hear Creed Album can go with the GS150R. The seating position of the rider is very comfortable and one of a kind. The suspension adjustment is quite decent which ensures bumps don’t hit your back.
Mileage
One is light weighted and the other has an additional gear. Both of them sound equal right? This is not the case when it comes to economy. The TVS Apache delivers 55kmpl. On the other hand the GS150R delivers 60kmpl.
Time to go to the ATM
This is a tough choice but easy for those who are speed fanatics. Apache is fast round the corners. It is a best choice if you love speed and if you can fit inside the mid size bike. If not then the GS150R is the best option for cruising and taking down punks who think they have the best 150cc bike.

This is such a nice comparison thanks. More over if go for brand then it shows suzuki is much better than this apache. Gs150r is new genration bike on the other hand Apache is modified to its previous bike. After this comparison I choose GS150R now I am comfartable wiht biking on long and hilly areas. Every thing depends on choice i choose powder, mileage, and muscular look.

Above review 100% true. I am the bike lover in chennai. Last 5 years I have tried all the company 150CC bikes in the city as well as long drive. Also i have spent Rs.2,80,000 for this conclusion. Finally I am comfortable with GS150R. I can give 90% of marks to Suzuki GS150R. Remaining 10% is problem with spare parts and service center not available based on our urgency. Otherwise this is awesome bike in India. My suggestion is please go for GS150R both youth and aged people. 100% value for your money and you will love your ride. My second suggestion - There is no doubt its Unicorn.

guys its a very good comparision ,well i’ll opt out fr suzuki bcoz see the company —suzuki -the worlds best company nd on the other hand tvs -a tyre company, the engineering in suzuki is very nice.
nd the top the speed is 135 of suzuki, whereas milege is superb ,the company has xtp nd z cooling system is just awesome .
so after concluding, suzuki gs150 r is much much higher than tvs apache

GS150 lacks pick up but its ultra smooth @ 100km/hr.. whereas apache starts vibrating @ 90km/hr… itself.. also GS rocks in riding posture and mileage…

THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PRAISING GS150 ARE STUPID AND OWN GS150. TVS APACHE CAN BEAT GS150 ON ANY FEATURES AND THIS IS MY SINCERE ADVISE TO THE PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT MILEAGE OF PERFORMANCE RELATED BIKES TO GO FOR HERO PASSION PRO COZ,150 SEGMENT IS NOT FOR THEM.PLZ DONT BUY SUZUKI GS150R ITS MILEAGE IS 40KMPL AND HAS VERY COSTLY MAINTAINANCE.WORST BIKE INTRODUSED IN INDIA.

I ride both the bikes. My brother have Apache and I own GS150R. One thing I can say is that seating comfort is much better on GS150R when compared to Apache but Apache wins when it comes to initial pick-up and going fast.
