Toyota Recalls 600,000 Sienna Units from US

Toyota is being caught in the net again of recall. They have recalled 600,000 units of Sienna Minivans. The reason for recall is rusting over spare tire holders. This is another issue with Toyota after the faulty accelerator pedal. A question is raised again what exactly is wrong with the auto industry.
Why such faults are created and is the quality section not working properly. They speak aloud about human safety and delivering right type of cars then where is the quality at that place. They are replacing the fault but at what cost, the name is going down in the market. Rusting problems are taking place in all Sienna’s which are sold in the United States.
