Tata Indica is one of the most successful cars to come form the auto major, Tata Motors. The features and low pricing has helped people to make it a car for public use more than a private use. Tata Indica is the most preferred car to pick up and drop employees for various jobs.

But after having said that, Tata Motors have been considerably improving the vehicle over the years by launching its improved versions. In the same context, Tata Motors has recently launched a new version of Tata Indica that succeeds the old model and it’s named as Tata Indica eV2.

According to relevant sources, the car is priced @ 3.95 Lakhs.

The new model from Tata Motors comes with a common rail diesel engine that also has a displacement of 1396 CC set to deliver PS at a good rate of 4000 rpm and it has also helped the car reduce its weight by at least 10 kg. Due to these features, the new Tata Indica ensures a better pick up too. The Tata Indica ev2 is also being offered with a MPFI petrol engine to provide its end-users with a wider choice. And the good news is that both these engines are compliant with the emission norms for BS4.

Other features include a good choice for colors, wooden finish centre console, power windows, keyless entry, Bluetooth enabled music system and USB port, collapsible steering wheel, rear parcel shelf, alloy wheels, rear bumper and a tachometer too.

The new Tata Indica is available in four attractive colors like Apple Green, Arctic Silver, Mint White and Neo Orange and is also laced with a warranty of 2 years or 75000 kms whichever is earlier.

Its price tag for ex-showroom, Delhi starts from 3.95 lakhs and goes up to 4.77 lakhs for CR4 diesel engine. The range is between 2.95 Lakhs and 3.58 lakhs for MPFI petrol run engine.

It seems like a good move from Tata Motors to add more customers to its list with eV2 as it’s a vehicle strictly made for Indian conditions.
