The car The Xeta is a different breed in the Indica line up. The petrol powered car is designed to perfection. Yes this is the Indica which has a petrol intake for delivering high end power. You can relax in the turbo charged powered car which delivers superb top end speeds by keeping fuel economy in picture. Tata has given this car in the economy section but has a 1.2 liter engine; well they should have given ABS as an option which can help in keeping the car safe in wet conditions. The interior section has most of the parts in leather and fabric which look perfect and according to requirements. Drive quality is same like other Indica in the line up. The Xeta also has better steering configuration which makes it easy to drive and maneuver at high speeds. Apart from looks the car does deliver in economy segment, it is created to satisfy the wants in the economy field. BS IV norms are in use in the making of the Xeta. Well at least it is quite cleaner than its other siblings who only pollute the environment by use of diesel. Interior comfort and leg room is quite spacious and easy to access. 3 adults can easily sit inside in the rear section of the car. Apart from all this the Xeta manages to squeeze in the right desired performance from the 1.2 liter car, even after being accommodated with 5 adults and luggage the car still performs like new. This is the type of performance which Tata has given to the Xeta. If you are looking at the Xeta from mileage and comfort point of view it is the best one in the market. Speed wise yes the engine does lag and shows underpowered symptoms especially when on an inclined road. You can red line the car any time you wish to as the turbo charged petrol engine does respond to your commands. Looks of the car Interior section is chiseled with basic features and luxuries. You have the tachometer console with AC switches. The tachometer console helps a lot if you wish to red line the car. Air bags are missing which could have made a better presence in safety area. You can customize the interior section by adding up leather covers on the seats. Glove box with locking system is given, it also has light system which shows the right storage space available. Exterior section ensures the safety of passengers and car. Shock proof bumpers are given which ensure to segregate the shock created after an obstacle has been hit. Performance of the car Performance of the Xeta is simply superb and out of the box. Top whack delivered by the 1.2 liter car is around 150kmph which is quite super fast. Red line the vehicle and there is a bit drop in the fuel economy. If you are shifting gears around 2000Rpm then 15km to the liter is given which is quite decent and economical. Drive pleasure is quite different from the diesel versions of the Indica. Petrol variant has much better accelerations response and drive feel.
