Toyota Kirloskar Motors Ltd announced the launch of the all new limited edition of the Toyota Innova - The Toyota Innova Crysta. It is available in Super White color with Euro III and Euro IV 2.4 liter engine running presently on the Toyota Innova VX. It is likely that only 1000 units would be available by October this year.

The official reports say that Toyota Kirloskar Motors is planning to launch the next version of their merrily sold out MPV – the Innova in 2012. However, it should be noted here that the company is not going to experiment much here. The customer shouldn’t expect much of a difference between the current machine and the one to be brought in. The price conscious Indian customer too shouldn’t worry much as there won’t be a huge difference between the costs of the new version and the one present in the market right now.
The same IMV platform that works under the present Innova will be employed for the production of the new car and the changes, too, will not be too exhaustive. Toyota officials say that the customers of their booming MPV are pretty happy with the current setup, and too radical a change may affect the sales of the upcoming version which is certainly not expected. It was planned by Toyota to launch CNG and LPG version of its famous SUV in India in 2008, finally it launched the car 27th February 2009 in India. It is the original multi purpose and energy efficient vehicle in India. The car is already available with its petrol version in India.
