Now, Skoda is ready to expose their three new variants of its famous model Fabia in India. The company executive said that the company unveils new variants that include flagship hatchback Fabia as well as sport model. The new sport edition car will be fully loaded with alloy wheels and new interior designs. This sport edition is named as Fabia Sportline. Fabia Sportline engine will be 1800cc and remaining two variants will be 1200cc and 1600cc.

In this year, Skoda is planning to introduce Skoda Roomster and Skoda Combi.

“We will launch multiple variants of the Fabia to leverage on its popularity. We will introduce Fabia Combi (estate version) and the tallboy Roomster models to consolidate the brand in the Indian market. We will also showcase the Fabia Rally car, though it will not be available for retail sale.”

Volkswagen is one of the Europe’s largest companies and Skoda is a group company of it. Skoda has been one of the few carmaker companies who have safely sailed during the tough times so far. Between the period of April to December the sales of the company have increased by 22 percent in the Indian market. Fabia is the most famous model of Skoda that managed to regulate the sales of 7000 units in 2008.
