Skoda Auto India achieved 20% hike in its sales

Skoda Auto India got almost 20 percent hike in the sales for the August month this year as compared to the last year and the same month. Skoda Auto reported sales of 1,512 sales last year in the month of August that has increased to almost 1,812 units every year.

One of the board members from sales and marketing proudly mentioned, “We are extremely positive about Skoda Auto’s growth trajectory in India. Our Endeavour is to consistently provide consumers with value products and services are one of the key factors contributing to our growth”. He even told that the entry level sedan that will start on by the end of this year is predictable to reach new set of audiences.

Almost a decade ago in the month of movement 2011, Skoda Auto India Company entered into the Indian automobile market. The first car this company has launched is Skoda Octavia, which belonged to the premium section. Since then, many news models have been introduced by the company and have become the most trusted brand in the Indian auto mobile market. Skoda Auto India company is completely owned subsidiary of Volkswagen that is the biggest car manufacturer of the Europe country. But in the year 2008, the company reported the sales of more than 16,000 units of Skoda vehicles. It means almost 28.5% increment is seen in the sales in the year in the year 2008 as compared to the year 2007.

A single manufacturing unit the Skoda Auto Company used to have in Aurangabad. But, during the year 2009, manufacturing of its cars began at Volkswagen plant in Pune city that is till date shared by both of the units manufacturing almost 110,000 cars in that particular year. Domestic manufactured cars were even exported by Skoda Auto India Company to several of the Asian countries like Nepal, Thailand and Sri Lanka. There are many excellent performance features that have made Skoda cars famous include advanced techniques, comfort, fuel economy and ride quality. In present global automobile market, Skoda has been considered as a wealthy competitor. It is even constantly planning to introduce new models for maintaining its position. Launching the new vehicle called Skoda Laura RS, Skoda Company is planning to reach great heights and increase the sales.

Another most crucial reason to gain success for Skoda Auto may be accounted to their dealership network. Their network is very vast and expanding more. Skoda Company has presently almost 82 showrooms all around the country. An announcement of an exciting after sales programme has been made by the company known as 27×7 Skoda Roadside Assistance Programme. The announcement of the programme has been done for improving the experience of the customer with Skoda vehicles. This assistance programme will be provided to the Skoda owner for free for first two years. Skoda Auto India company is going to launch the new models by the end of the year for enhancing its sales. This year, Skoda Fabia Combi car will be launched by the Skoda Auto along with features like fuel efficiency, great comfort and performance.
