Service first-preference for Fiat

Fiat is planning to renovate its whole dealer network with objective of taking their service standards some levels up because it prepares to introduce the Fiat Linea in a market soon.

The company is planning to change the view of its service and after-sales network. The company is also spending a lot in the broad dealer upgradation programme.

We know we have to upgrade our dealers to the highest possible standards to retail the Linea and our future products.

- Mr. Marco Napodano (commercial Head of fiat Linea) said.

It’s now clear that Fiat is eager to make sure that the Linea’s maintenance costs are satisfactory.
