Rolls Royce Inaugurates Showroom in New Delhi

Rolls Royce has opened its new outlet in New Delhi, much to the delight of the customers because they can choose from the entire range of cars including the Phantom Coupe, the Coupe and the Phantom Drophead. This new showroom is quite large and is located on Mathura Road in the city at the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate.
This showroom is spread over an area of about 700 sq.m., and has sufficient space to showcase five cars. It is a replacement for the old showroom that was located at Connaught Place. The interior and customer lounge are made at par with the Rolls Royce standards and have features that will give the customers the class and luxury of a Rolls Royce showroom. They can also check out the latest leather and wood samples from the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England. This will allow the customers to customize the car that they want to buy.
The facility was unveiled by the regional director of the Asia Pacific region, Mr. Paul Harris; Director of Rolls Royce Motor Cars New Delhi, Mr. Yadur Kapur; and the Chairman of Rolls Royce Motor Cars New Delhi, Mr. Radhey Kapur. This dealership is said to be one of the largest dealerships in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr Yadur Kapur remarked that “The opening of this new showroom is a great statement of our ambitions for the brand. This is a space befitting the quality of a Rolls-Royce motor car and the impeccable taste of our customers.” Paul Harris thinks that “The investment in a facility of this quality is a great testament to the confidence Rolls-Royce Motor Cars New Delhi have in the marque. We are committed to building on the recent success we have enjoyed in a market with a long and rich association with the brand….. This is the perfect space to showcase our latest model, Ghost Extended Wheelbase. One of the main attractions of the inauguration of the new showroom was the Ghost saloon; the wheelbase version of the car was launched at the inauguration of the showroom and will be sold at this outlet. The new Rolls Royce Ghost EWB will cost about three crore and is definitely better than the previous standard version of the Ghost model. The knee-room of the new version is more than the previous one. It is powered by a 6.6 liter V12 engine that has the can produce 563hp and a torque of 780Nm only at 1500rmp. Another thing that is worth noticing about this model is that it can accelerate from zero to 100km/h within five seconds!
The space in the rear cabin is also more as compared to the standard Ghost version. The passengers can enter and exit the car quite effortlessly. The interiors of the car, its ride quality and looks are sure to secure to make a mark in the luxury segment of cars in the Indian market.
