Porsche is a German manufacturer of automobiles owned by Porsche and Piech families. The Porsche built by Porsche Boxster is a middle engine roadster. The Boxster is first vehicle of Porsche designed by Raymond Barth. Boxster was launched in late 1996 -1997. It was powered by a 2.5 liter flat 6-cylinder engine. The new Boxster S variation was launched in 2000 with a bigger 3.2 liter motor. The base model received a more powerful 2.7 liter engine.
