The excise duty cut proposal by the 2009-2010 Budget has made many car manufactures, including Honda, to cut the prices of its models. The reduction of Rs 5,000 does not make a big difference for the customers though. Ford, Hyundai, Hindustan Motors, Nissan , and Volvo has also reduced the prices on cars.
