New Auto Project for West Bengal

A Chinese company FAW Group Co. is expected to invest in a West Bengal along with the Indo-Russian joint venture, Ural India. The Ural India is a JV between the Uralaz of Russia and Mitijug group (Kolkata). This JV intends to launch the passenger vehicles in the country such as high performance and heavy duty trucks. The Ural India is prepared to team up with the FAW for their passenger vehicles projects.
But, West Bengal CH already has declared the state government is will be declaring the new project for a Singur soon. He also said that the government has a number of offers on hand.
Tata Motors had taken out of the West Bengal State last month amidst increasing argument and objections from the angry farmers who complained that their land has been powerfully purchased.
The farmers had been requesting the industry and state government to give back the land itself and didn’t look for any compensation. After discontinuing to making for a world’s cheapest car: Nano, Tata Motors at last shifted their project to the Sanand in Gujarat.
