Maruti Cervo in India

Maruti new offering is the Cervo which has a 660cc engine that belts out 54Bhp of power. The all new Cervo will be launched in April 2010. The new car is a starred attraction as it will target one of the cheapest cars in India.
The new and fresh look of the car is pretty good and funky. For those who wish to have a car with good features then the Cervo is the best option. The price of the starred attraction is from 1.5lakhs to 2lakhs. Well it fits perfectly in the economy segment. The car would have all the luxury features. The 5 door car is small and easy to drive. Speed gear box will throttle the car to extreme speeds.The Cervo will give advanced features like Bluetooth accessibility and interiors to be like the Maruti Swift.
The car will be in the market in the second quarter. After its decline in sale of the 800 in various cities now it plans to bring the Cervo. This is a perfect move to have a good sale as in increase in demand. The 660cc car looks decent and compact. The features provided are also superb and one of kind. Small car industry will face a new competitor soon. The direct competition of the Cervo will be with Tata Nano. It will be the cheapest car available in the market according to its specifications and features. The Tata Nano will have direct competition which might move to the second number.

Hi,I am a Nano car owner & am curious to know from Maruti officially about specifications,price & availability of the Cervo.What keeps them “MouthShut” for something that can take on the world wide heap created by the Nano.Definately the enduser will be benefitted if such healthy competition will hit the market.By the way Nano is running smoothly & efficiently till date & I have satisfied with the performance & attendance with respect to price I paid for it.Truly its a people’s car & value for money.

Good looks and small car to go to the market to pick up groceries. Is there any news on the safety standard? Does it meet any safety standard like the Nanu?

attractive and cheap car but should have minimum 800 cc engine for good pick up to overtake the vehicles on highway with good effect of AC.

Attractive car, with better features than TATA NANO, Maruti should atleast open the information about the Cervo to the public so tht they can decide and wait for the purchase of the better car…

Hi all. All my encouragement about your blog but i’ve not found what I was looking. Right continuation. All my apologies for my use of English, but you know, i’m french… In this regard, I have a funny small history. An Italian man , One french man and a Spanish person went to a employ interview in USA. Just before the interview, they were told that they owe do a clause in English with 3 primary words: Pink, green and yellow. The Italian guy commence: ” I wake up early in the morning after a very good slumber. I see the yellow sol. I can see the green grass and I imagine, I trust it may be a pink day.” The Spanish man was second: ” I’m hungry, it is noon , I eat a yellow lime, one green bean and afterward i’ll watch the pink panther on my television .” Ended the French guy: “I’m in the kitchen , I hear the phone ” green….green….”, I pink up the phone and I talk ” yellow ?….” LOL Estelle.
