It seems like the concept has smitten the Indian automobile industry more avidly as various companies like Fiat, Hyundai, and Bajaj and more recently Maruti has been in the awe of following the same strategies.

Cut to this news, Maruti Suzuki, (MSIL), has decided to follow up the same pattern by announcing the launch of its keenly awaited newer version of Alto, renamed as Maruti Alto K10.

Yes, Maruti Suzuki would launch the fresh edition of its existing model, Alto, as Alto k10 series next month.

According to the reliable sources of the company, the car will be called as K10 and believed to be powered by 1000 cc powerful engine or even more.

It would also have its new interiors and exteriors.The car would be 125 mm longer than the vintage version and poised to have more space than company badges in the ‘B’ segment like Estilo, the old Wagon-R and A-star.

Though the company has declined to give out any hint about the pricing of the car but it’s being believed to be a model which can be afforded as a pricing of around 2.8-3.4 lakh would be okay and also scheduled to be positioned between Alto Lxi & Estilo LX.

Maruti’s main rivals Tata Motors and Hyundai are also planning to launch a similar kind of vehicle but Maruti does not seems to have any kind of threat factor from them as it’s the first one to hit the market with its advanced launching of the same.
