Maruti - Alto Crosses 1-Million Mark

Country’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki reported that its popular hatchback car model ‘Alto’ has been the bestselling car in the Indian market.
In India, more than 1.5 units of ‘Alto’ have been exported.
The company source said:
Alto has crossed the million units mark in just seven years and five months since its launch. Of this, the last 5 lakh units have been sold in last 25 months.
Alto Lx, Alto Lxi (with top end Lxi outselling other) and standard Alto are the 3 variants of sold Alto.
