Hyundai to Increase Exports in India

Hyundai plans to increase it exports here in the India region. The targeted export rate is around 2.60lakshs units by the end of 2010. Exports rise is in passenger car segment only. The i20 and the i10 are two major models which have a good demand.
The export region is scattered in 110 countries. The 4 models which are exported are i10, i20 , Santro and Accent. In the Middle East there is a huge demand for the Hyundai Accent. After recession there is a huge demand for small cars in European and Asian countries. Hyundai offers lots of option in the passenger car series. They have a huge option package for mid segment cars. With the considerable rise in the demand there was a need to produce more cars. The targeted exports will be satisfied by the end of current year.
Market classification has been done by the Hyundai export team and with the recent technological developments growth is possible. Feasibility over production is possible when there is a considerable rise in the exports. Current rates indicate to have a increased number by the end of the year.
