Hyundai Santa Fe SUV – A six-speed automatic transmission versionHyundai has already launched Santa Re last year in the month of October and sold almost 1100 unites of it till date. Now Hyundai has launched its new automatic version called Santa Fe. Hyundai Motor India LTD is one of the biggest exporters and second biggest manufacturer of the country that is launched Santa Fe, luxurious SUV with automatic transmission as well as a few more additional features. This new version of the model is available with a six-speed automatic transmission with more wonderful features such as smart key and push butting start. It is priced at 24.36 lakhs

On the occasion, H W Park, MD and CEO, Hyundai Motor India Limited, said, “The Santa Fe launched last year has been doing extremely well. The new offering with automatic transmission further improves our value proposition.”

This new automatic version Santa Fe comes with a 2.2 liter Common Rail Diesel injected engine that delivers highest power of 197 PS at 4000 rpm and 436 Nm of torque at 1800 to 2500 rpm. The efficiency has been asserted by ARAI of the Santa Fe that is 11.72 kilometers to a liter. The new Santa Fe model comes with several both active as well as passive security features. It has got a five star safety rating by NCAP, New Car Assessment Program. ESP, Electronic Stability Program, ABS with EVD as well as 6 airbags are standard in the sedan. Several create comforts have been seen in the Santa Fe such as navigation unit, steering mounted audio and phone controls, automatic climate control with double air-conditioning like  in the manual transmission model and a 2-DIN in-car entertainment system with AUX and USB. Hence in an attempt to increase the sales of Santa Fe, Hyundai Company has decided to launch its new automatic version of the SUV. The new SUV is very costly and it is improbable that sales will increase by a vast number. The new premium and automatic version of Santa Fe has been greatly praised for its interiors, availability of 7 seats and handling. Remaining features of the new automatic version are the similar that we see in the manual Santa Fe. The automatic version of Santa Fe has been launched when Toyota began testing its segment leader Fortuner with an automatic transmission. Hyundai is in try to make some good sales before the launching of the automatic Fortuner by the Toyota Company.
