Honda to Launch 2- High End 1000cc Bikes

HMSI is planning to launch minimum 2-high end 1000 cc motorcycles and advanced 100 cc bike in India by an end of 2008-2009.
The 2-high end 1000 cc motorcycles may be costs at more than Rs 10 lakh and will aim the super-niche segment.
Speaking about the company’s future plans during the launch of their 2nd 125cc – CBF Stunner, Mr. Aoyama (HMSI President & CEO):
The new launches, along with the CBF Stunner, is slated to contribute about 10% towards the company’s total turnover during the year.
CBF Stunner will help to increase the turnover by 8 percent and other launches will help to improve company’s earnings by 2 percent.
