The auto biggie is capitalizing on smaller towns for the success of its compact car Brio that is being positioned to give Ford Figo, Maruti Swift and Hyundai i20, etc a run for their money. In order to make this ambitious vehicle a grand success, Honda is leaving no stone unturned.

Honda’s major concern for making the car small-town centric is because of its belief that small towns of India has got huge prospect. The car is also going to be priced low so that the small town people can have their hands on the vehicle without worrying much about their pockets getting emptied.

Honda Brio is poised to be positioned as the urban family car and also as a medium that could be driven with pride even in smaller cities by small and big families.

This hugely-anticipated car form the house of Honda would see a countrywide launch in September, 2011. Being believed to be priced around 5 lakhs or so, the prospect looks good. Only September, 2011 would be able to say if the model is successful or not. We are keeping our fingers crossed for it!

With various slew of activities still to be unlocked from Honda, it would be pivotal to note if they are able to make the car a grand success.
