Honda Plans to Launch CR-V Diesel Model

Honda has always stuck on the policy of petrol cars in India. But, all this appear to change as they plans to introduce the new version of diesel of Honda CRV in the country. As India is the mileage sensitive country and mileage represents as main buying factor.

Honda plans to launch its Honda CRV Diesel edition in India by the year end. The next one would be the Honda Accord (diesel version).This CRV diesel version takes i-CTDi badge at the windscreen that corresponds to Intelligent Common Rail Turbocharged Direct Injection.

The first model will have fewer features to maintain costs under check. So this will not be a luxury SUV with sunroof, leather interior or a CD-charger. The expected price will be Rs 21-22 lakh which would be same to its petrol version.
