Finally, all the spy news and speculations about the actual date of launch for the car could be put to rest as Ford is ready to launch the next-level version of its flagship model, the Ford Fiesta today. With the launch of Ford Fiesta, the Indian automobile industry would certainly buzz up with excitement as the car has been the top car in terms of customer satisfaction for two consecutive years in India.

Ford is ready to serve the Indian auto market with two variants of Ford Fiesta 2011. The first variant is Ford Fiesta petrol 1.6 and other one is Ford Fiesta 1.6 diesel. The availability of Ford Fiesta in both the variants for petrol and diesel would be a better option for the customers to choose from and also for the auto giant to split across variants to surge sales. The diesel version of Ford Fiesta is being speculated to smoke out a maximum power of 90 bhp.

As far as the vitality of the Indian auto market is concerned, it’s already buzzing with excitement. Hyundai is getting ready to take on its arch-rivals with the launch of Hyundai Verna. The next release that may be considered a competitor to Ford Fiesta 2011 is Nissan Sunny Micra, which is also expected to hit Indian shores soon.

The upcoming saloon from Ford is being speculated to come up with three unique colors- dark green, light grey and blue. Along with this range, the normal range of colors like black, red etc would also be available in the new car.
