First 1 lakh Tata Nano Owners Chosen, Deliveries Start In JulyTata Motors has declared that they have finished the procedure to pick the first 1 lakh owners of Nano from the total of 206703 applicants who booked the Nano.

The selection process is done through the computerized method in s presence of 3rd party to remove any dishonest play.
In booking procedure, the company also has given an option to the applicants to specify whether they wish to keep their booking money with the company, although they aren’t chosen and wait for deliveries of cars after allottees.

Nano deliveries will start from next month (July) and the first 1 lakh deliveries are supposed to be finished by the end of 2010. The company is trying to make delivery earlier, by raising its production at Pantnagar and Sanand plant.

    Yes finally the lucky one lakh customers will be driving home their Nano. It was computerized random selection procedure. But the other side of it is that the customers have to shed extra from the pocket for Nano.

    TATA is a good brand name a company with lots of ethics and TATA cars are good and value for money, however it has the worst customer sales service in the name of WASAN MOTORS, it is just like giving birth to a very fair and healthy baby boy but no food to feed him……. :(

    i dont think so ke nano is fit for indian roads
    its look is such a rubbish
    i dont like a nano just because of its look
    it has a similar look like a rickshaw
