Good news for all sports car fanatics and enthusiasts!!  The Italian auto maker Ferrari is all set to open its first dealership in India and that too on May 26th. With this launch, the Italian sports car maker would be introducing some of its best known super cars in India, officially. It is said that, Ferrari would be launching its fleet of cars, which has the Ferrari California, the Ferrari 458 Italia, the Ferrari 599 GTB and the Ferrari FF, in the initial few months time. All the super cars are expected to be in the price range of around Rs2.2 crores to Rs4 crores (INR) (Ex-Showroom Delhi).

As per reports from the sources, this dealership would be opened in an area in New Delhi, called as Janakpuri, and the company is said to be showcasing all other Ferrari cars in India. Reports from reliable sources tell us that Ferrari has appointed Shreyans Group as its main dealer which currently enjoys the position of being the only dealer of bikes from the Maserati and Ducati brands in India as well. It is confirmed that initially the dealership is going to be at Janakpuri, and in the next few months, Ferrari would even take the decision to make it to Mumbai as its next destination. About the future goals, Ferrari is eyeing important Metros like Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad and important cities in India.

Ferrari India, from the beginning was hoping to launch its European market best sellers, the Gran Tourismo (GT), Grand Tourer Range cars viz. Ferrari California, Ferrari 458 Italia, Ferrari 599 GTB and Ferrari FF. According to technical specifications of the Ferrari California, the car has a 4.3L V8 engine, and this helps the car to produce a giant 454 horse power at a huge 7500rpm. Ferrari California is said to catch the 100kmph mark in just 4.0 seconds, which is just staggering! The price of the much talked about Ferrari California in India would be somewhere around Rs2.2 crores (INR) (Ex-Showroom price).

The Ferrari 458 Italia also powered with a 4.4 L V8 engine, which has a direct fuel injection engine, and is able to produce as much as 560 horse power at 9,000 rpm. The Ferrari 458 Italia is one of the few cars which have a mid rear engine setups amongst the Ferrari road super cars. The price of the Ferrari 458 Italia is expected to be around Rs 2.56 crores which is also the showroom price in India.

The 3rd offering from Ferrari would be its awesome 599 GTB which has a V12 engine, and a blistering 5999 cc petrol engine that produces a maximum of 611 bhp power 7600 rpm. Rs3.37 crore (INR) is the expected price of the Ferrari 599 GTB. The Ferrari FF is the fourth offering in the GT range. It is a 4-seater and is acclaimed as the world’s fastest four-seater automobile. With a top speed of 335 km per hour, the Ferrari FF accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. The Ferrari FF price in India is hoped to be around Rs4 crores.
