Here is good news for sports car lovers in India. Ferrari, mother of all sports cars and one of the few exotic marquees dodging the Indian car market, would be finally making its presence felt here.

Yes, all you auto buffs get ready to welcome Ferrari with bated breaths in April. Shreyans Motors, the prime importer and seller of high-end luxurious cars are believed to be given responsibility and official rights to bring the car to Indian roads. Shreyans Motors are also the official distributors for another high-end Porsche cars and Bugatti bikes in India.

It has been learnt that the company has apparently booked 458 Italia, 599GTB and FF models for the last three months. In the first leg, Shreyans would be retailing the much-in-demand sports car in national capital (New Delhi) and national capital region (Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad etc).

Later on, the red rage would be brought to the financial capital of India; Mumbai to cash on the brand value of Ferrari and deliveries for the car are slated for April, 2011.

While there has not been any official news coming from Shreyans Motors or Ferrari, but its believed that the price of the cars with its prancing horse is going to be quite stratospheric. A potential auto lover wanting to purchase Ferrari may have to shell a price anywhere in the range of 3.5 Crores.

Wow! First Mercedes-Benz revived its Maybach and now its Ferrari that’s officially coming to India is a great sign for the future prospects of the Indian automobile market.

Must add that in coming time, Indian automobile industry would be the top automobile market of the world everyone would want to cash on the swelling opportunities and have a good pie too.
