Do not trust the advertisements boasting of 5 star NCAP ratings, most of the india specific models in existent safety trim cannot be sold in markets like U.K., Europe. Thease are the ratings of the these cars in europe. But in india, the specifications a re different and hence the ratings will be different. For exampl, the suzuki Swift has a 4 star rating. but that is including airbags etc, make for european countries.
