Volvo has opened its new dealership in Hyderabad in association with the Talwar Cars. The dealership will begin selling Volvo cars by end of 2008. The company already has dealers in Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai and Hyderabad and now plans to add in Bangalore, Cochin and Pune by mid of the 2009.
The company notices a strong demand for their cars in India and may plan to launch manufacturing plant in country by mid of 2010. Volvo already has the sales target for 400 to 500 units for this year and hopes to raise that level in coming few years.
