Maruti Suzuki has revealed the latest K12M engine. It is created at their Gurgaon unit.
It is the first Bharat Stage-4 (BS-IV) emission compliant engine in India. The K12M engine will generate 85ps of power. The upcoming car Ritz will be fitted with this new K12M engine.
The 1197 cc all-aluminum - K12M engine is a 2nd in K-sequence and after K10B engine utilized in new Maruti A-star (Maruti Alto for export) and Pixo version made for Nissan on OEM base.
