Hyundai i20, Honda Jazz Get Five Star Euro NCAP Safety Rating

European New Car Assessment Programme’s (NCAP) top score makers are Audi’s Q5, Honda’s Jazz, Hyundai’s i20, Kia’s Soul and the Peugeot 3008. Audi Q5 is the super small car. Remaining small car, the Maruti Suzuki Alto scored 3-stars, its safety rating restricted by its low performance in the child protection, and adult occupant safety assistance technologies.

Indian Auto Industry Get Ready for Bharat Stage IV Norms

The Bharat Stage IV (BS-IV) norms will come in to force from 2010 in the country. The car manufacturers in India are preparing to meet these BS-IV norms and are developing their car models conforming with each norms. BS-IV norms may meet the standards of the Euro-IV.
