Honda is ready to roll out all new 2012 Honda City model. It’s all set to take on the rivals like Hyundai Verna, new Ford Fiesta, Volkswagen Vento and Nissan Sunny. The base model will be priced at Rs.6.99 lakhs while the top model will be priced around Rs.10.22 lakhs. It will be available in seven variants and two of them come with automatic transmission.

Volkswagen the German car manufacturer has unveiled its latest launch, Vento in India. The new variant is feature loaded and is ready to take on rivals like Hyundai Verna, Honda city. The new Vento will be available in both petrol and diesel variants. The petrol Vento comes with 5 speed and 6 speed automatic gearbox with triptonic while the diesel variant is equipped only with 5 speed manual gearbox. According to company sources the car will be produced at its new factory at Chakan in Pune. Volkswagen has aggressive plans to sell around 25000 units of Vento each year.

This new Volkswagen will be available in 3.0 liter V6 TDI engine that offers fuel economy of 18 kmpl within city limits and 28 kmpl on the highways. It is equipped with 4-MOTION, which stands for all wheel drive system. New Touareg will be available at a price range of 55 to 60 lakh INR.
