BMW M3 Convertible Review

If not a hard top then the other option available in M3 collection is the convertible. For those who love the sound of air and who are in madly talks with the “AIR” this is the perfect option. Not all maniacs do that while driving a convertible. I repeat not all maniacs do that but those who drive the M3 do such impeccable mischief. Yes, the convertible is for maniacs who like open air and shout the M3 word in loud. Not as loud as the engine rattles at 4500rpm. The BMW M class cars are made for power and luxury. Well not luxury but yes power is guaranteed from the German auto maker.

BMW M3 Convertible Review

Power and performance
Well the electronics work perfect. Unlike the coupe version the convertible is much faster. Lots of material is shaded in creating the convertible, this has made it light and fast. Cutting corners with the convertible is easy and fun. Red line gear change engages the vehicle in sport mode. You can hear the rattling of the M3 right behind your ear as the silencer and the exhaust system work perfect. One of the catchy things in the M3 is the flappy gear box. Well, you don’t have it here, you might need to shell out extra green for that type of gear box.

Looks and styling
It looks stunning from the inside. You might say that it is royal since it is a German who has styled it. Quite interestingly you start the AC and you get a blast right inside your ears. Convert the car into a hard top and you will forget in what machine you are sitting. The M3 convertible does the job under a minute, well that’s quicker than the Italians or the Americans. The interior design can be selected by your choice, well BMW offers this to everyone who has green.

Safety features

  • Front-seat-mounted side-impact airbags
  • Crash sensor with automatic door unlocking and hazard light activation
  • Crash sensor with Battery Safety Terminal and automatic fuel cut-off, triggered by airbag deployment
  • BMW’s Advanced Safety System for integrated deployment of passive and active safety features
  • Automatic safety-belt assistant
  • Automatic front safety-belt pretension
  • Child-seat automatic safety-belt locking device in rear seats
  • Tire Pressure Monitor
  • Emergency trunk release
  • Interlocking door anchoring system to help protect against door intrusion in side impacts
  • Driver’s and passenger’s front airbag supplemental restraint system (SRS) with advanced technology dual-threshold, dual-stage deployment; and front-passenger seat sensors

Why the M3 convertible?

  • Has specific design according to your requirements
  • Best convertible available in the list

Why not the M3 convertible?

  • Bit under powered
  • Too costly

Overall performance
Good car which can provide luxury after a hard day at work. Best in its class which is light and fast and which can provide comfort. Yes, the BMW is very spacious and comfortable from the inside. So, if you are looking for a investment this is the best option.
