Bajaj Two-wheeler Sales Down 37% in Nov 2008

Bajaj has recorded 37 percent fall in motorcycle sales during this November’08. The company sold 1,31,681 units as compared with 2,09,876 units sold in a same month last year.
Bajaj’s 3-wheeler sales upped 13% at 27,326 units as compared with 24,197 units in November 2007. The company’s exports also increased by 46%, at 67397 units during Nov 2008, as compared with 46,295 units during November 2007.
Bajaj is planning to take some steps to ensure improvement in its sales figures.
