Bajaj pulsar 200NS revealed

After a decade, the first Pulsar twins were launched in India. Bajaj Auto Limited has launched the Pulsar 200 NS. Its dynamic design has made the Pulsar model well known in the first place. Pulsar is one of the biggest selling budget sport motorcycles available in the Indian market. This newly revealed 2012 Pulsar brings many innovations to the forefront same like the first generation models.

The new Bajaj pulsar has that typical street fighter look, which may become a tack around the new Pulsar range with different engine capacities. The engine included in the new pulsar is fed by a 32 mm carburetor that seems like a move chiefly for keeping costs in check since fuel injection will be more costly. The styling of this new is unique and looks sharper as compared to previous model. This new pulsar 200 NS model makes use of a liquid cooled engine, which was closely made with the engine of Duke 200. A peak power of almost 23.5 PS will be provided by the 200cc engine at 9500 rpm. The 200 cc engine will also produce a peak torque of 18.3 Nm at 8000 rpm.

The good thing for Bajaj Auto is that they can price the 200 NS model competitively. Its 200cc carbureted engine is going provide exciting performance numbers. It is possible to accomplish 0 to 100 within only 9.8 seconds and 0 to 60 within 3.8 seconds. All these good things make the new Pulsar 200NS a fast motorcycle. Four valves for every cylinder will be used by its liquid cooled engine that come with almost three spark plugs for making it the first dynamic single cylinder motorcycle in the world for featuring tri-spark plug technology.

The new pulsar 200NS provides a dynamic mileage of 58 Kmph at a continuous 55 Kmph that is notable for an engine that is developed with special things. A pressed twin spar perimeter frame has been fixed in this new pulsar model similar like the Yamaha R15. In 2012 Pulsar, petal disc brakes on front as well as rear are fixed for handling stopping duties of the Pulsar 200NS. The price of this new Pulsar model has not been revealed yet. The pricing will be revealed at the time of its official launch that is expected to take place in April 2012.
