Audi introduces business edition of SUV Q5 2.0 TDI Quattro in India

Audi has introduced the business edition of sports efficacy vehicle called SUV Q5 2.0 TDI Quattro.This newly introduced sports utility vehicle costs around 3,513,000. This new vehicle will be available in the market for purchase from October 2011.
Mr Michael Perschke, Head of Audi India, said, “The Audi Q5 2.0 TDI Q is perfectly equipped to further strengthen our leadership position in the luxury SUV segment. As the Audi Q5 already has a broad fan base in India, this attractive price will now make this premium experience accessible to a wider customer base who aspires to own a luxury SUV.”
Talking about the features of this new car, it is equipped with xenon-plus headlights, 17-inch alloy wheels and contains leather and leatherette interiors with wood inlays and LED daytime running lights. Another most dynamic feature of this car is its multifunctional 4-spoke leather steering wheel. Other features of this car are Auto media interface with concert radio, rear parking aid and a storage packet. This new business edition of SUV Q5 2.0 TDI Quattro has 125kW, 170 hp engine. This car gives an average fuel efficiency of 12.80 km per liter. This new car will be introduced as knocked down unit in India and afterwards will be assembled here. The car is fascinatingly priced, making it available in low cost by an extensive range of customers according to Perschke. There are many fans of this Audi Q5 in India. Attractive price of this new car is going to make this best experience accessible to a huge number of customers who want to purchase this luxury car.
The company is expecting the sales target of 5,000 cars till the end of the current year. “Audi India has experienced formidable growth, even surpassing annual sales of 3,003 cars for 2010 in the first seven months of 2011,” said Perschke. Globally, Audi is representing in almost 110 countries. In the Indian market, Audi has been selling precuts since the year 2004.
