It’s already raining cars in India this March. It feels as if it’s already monsoon time at least for the enticing Indian automobile market.

Yes; we are talking about the number of cars slated to be launched in Indian car market or already launched so far. First it was Audi R8 V10 Spydar that mesmerized the market followed by BMW 6 Series and not to forget Volkswagen Passat and all decks are cleared for another big car to see the light of the day in India.

Any guesses? A major Swedish car is expected to foray into the ever buzzing Indian automobile market on March 29th and it’s none other than Koenigsegg Agera. Industry analysts are of the opinion that the soon-to-be-launched car is definitely going to eat away the profits of luxury cars in India.

The Swedish brand is being believed to have entered a partnership with Inter Globe Enterprises, a retailer for the upper segment super luxury car Koenigsegg in the domestic market.

The first official launch from the luxury car maker, Koenigsegg is a stylish, trendy, sporty and stout Agera. The car already looks good to roar on Indian roads soon. Amongst the features, the car can accelerate from a speed of 0 to 100 kms in 3 seconds flat. Phew! Now, that’s something surely to look out for. The car has got a top speed of 400 kms per hour.

Great features but along with that also comes the million dollar question, how much one needs to shell out to make this Swedish beauty own? The answer also lies in millions. Hold your breath; it shall be around 10 Crores as speculated. It must be said that when a car comes with such a gigantic price tag, it has to be an example of class as far as abundance of technology, luxury, and of course customer satisfaction is concerned.

As far as the current super luxury car segment in India is concerned, the market has flourished with the passage of time as many luxury cars have made an Indian launch. The super luxury car segment is spearheaded by Bugatti Veyron which is priced at an astronomical price of 16 crores and soon with Agera; another higher priced vehicle would ensure that quality remains in the segment.
