The Honda VFR 1200 has one of the advanced engines that have been created. With the help of developing technologies new inventions are being done which have the capacity to travel at high speeds. As said the DCT technology or known as Dual Clutch Transmission promises to churn every drop of fuel. Feel the adrenaline flushing through your body at high speeds. The features or goodies given on the new bird are one of the latest.

A chain drive is missing which is replaced by final shaft drive. This helps in saving power and ensures proper utilization of resources. Final gear is attached to the wheel where transmission is transferred. Not only DCT but also a new layout for the engine is done. It steals the engineering of the RC212 V which is used in MotoGP. Designing of the cylinders is done in the new frame type which comes right from RC212 V.

172,6 PS is delivered at 10,000RPM which is one of the advanced features. It has a power like a sports bike with the advantages of touring. Having a bird which has the capability to travel at speeds above the limit can be thrilling. Guzzle down turns which can be cornered at 3 digit speeds. Yes the bike can be used for cornering at high speeds. The lean angle given to the rider ensures cornering to be done with precise control. 10,500RPM is the red line which is crossed at high speeds. You need to have the guts to pull off a VFR at red line. Two modes of clutches are available which can bring life on your tours.

The dual mode system ensures smooth flow of fuel in the bike with outstanding performance. Sport and Drive are the two modes gives to the new VFR. In sport mode the transmission changes completely where you can have a feel of sport class. In the drive mode take pleasure in rejuvenating every blink of your eye. The touring or drive mode ensures transmission feel like a cruiser bike.
